Dear Friends,
As many of you know, I am the new Lay Director for Borderlands Emmaus. The train ran very well at our last board meeting, but I don't mind. I will ask for you to pray for the board as we meet this Sunday, February, 26th, in Cruces. We are going to discuss several things that will impact the Borderlands Community. The big question that I will be asking the board is "What do we want from Emmaus?" Several other questions will follow:
- What need does Emmaus fill?
- What would make Emmaus meaninful?
- Do we just want to hold walks?
- Preachers support or invest in only what will benefit the church.
- Teams should be formed atleast 9 months out from a walk.

| On this page, we will have encouraging words from members of the Rainbow Fourth Day Group. If you have a contribution, please submit it to Ben, who will serve as the editor of the material being submitted. Encouraging words might be sermon thoughts that you remember hearing and would like to share with Rainbow.
We will also ask the many pastors in our community to contibute to this page as an effort at keeping Emmaus before our churches.
